Was watching the show "Cook Your A$$ Off" on HLN and they used nutritional yeast to give their dish a cheesy taste. I would love to try it, but only if it is ok for my blood type, which is B. Does anyone know?

not sure, but I am sure nutritional yeast is still better for the human body than most cheeses; if I was to eat some cheese, maybe a freshly home-made paneer cheese (easy to make), or some goats or sheeps cheese, but not too much and I'd eat it around midday with some vegetables - good food combining ie animal based protein with some veg/salad. The nutr....yeast has a variety of nutrients, and I don't think a little would hurt, esp if used mainly for flavour.
