two questions, please:

1. i'm soy intolerant;
on table 2 "serotypes and biomarkers" there is an optional field concerning only lactose intolerance while soy is not provided whatsoever.....
i thought it was important.. ::) ::)
2. on table 7 "family history" there is an option about "dementia".
actually my grandma (dad's mother) had arteriosclerosis senile when she was about 86 years old (more or less), so which is the right answer, yes or no? i mean i don't know if dementia is the same thing. ??) ??)
thank you for your help
by the way it seems that i'm 48% GT3teacher! ;D

I think you'll just have to avoid the soy foods the diet allows.  My son is an A and has allergies to soy too, for what it's worth.

I don't know how to answer your second question.  I've never heard of that.  I thought arteriorsclerosis was something with the blood vessels.

Lactose intolerance is quite common, soy intolerance is less common, so not included in swami express so for swami express you just have to cross soy off your list.

you should tick yes on swami for the dementia box for you grandma

tick off -- heart disease and dementia--

These small changes will make minor differences.
Relax about these things.

All adults lack the enzymes to digest milk products. Lactose persistence is when people continue to be able to digest diary/milk.

Not all dairy is the same .
