I know that a lot has already been said on the subject nevertheless i have doubts about it.

i wonder if TC, ARA6, CORTIGUARD, EL DORADO are supposed to be taken first thing in the morning, so after water and lemon or - maybe- they do interfere each other.

PLUS:
between the meals/away from food/away from coffee-green tea-turmeric.......
every product has a different "rule" to follow............sorry i'm a bit confused ??) ??) ??)
am i doing good by taking them 1 hour before breakfast? :-/

SECOND STEP:
Cortiguard and El Dorado are supposed to _quote_ take twice daily
green tea interferes with them also? ??) ??) ??)

THIRD AND FINAL STEP:
i'm taking ARA6 and TC before going to bed too. One teaspoon each. This made the difference.  ;DMaybe they didn't work before because i was taking less dosage and only in the morning.
I can say that the result is :better sleep, gained strenght in the morning. :)
I hope that adding the other supplements i'll feel more energy during the day also.(book2)(book2)(book2)any suggestion much appreciated

thank you in advance

I do not have the option of taking pills of any kind totally away from food.

They stick in my throat no matter how much water I use to try to wash them down. The least amount of food I can consume to get the pills down is about 3 dried apricots.

Therefore, I divide most of my supplements up in batches of 3, to take before each meal.  The exceptions to this are the homemade extracts that I take (hibiscus flower extract and hawthorn berry extract), which I put in a small amount of very hot tea to (hopefully) let the alcohol vaporize before drinking the liquid, to which I add more tea when I drink it.

We have to do what we can do even if it's not ideal.

Take supplements BEFORE you eat. You do not want them to sit on top of your food.

ginny tn - when a supplement doesn't want to go down, it is your body's way of telling you. Not all supplements are the same. What brands were they? The issu usually the fillers/binders etc..

Some of the supplements are from Dr. D.  Some are from Nutrigold.  No bad fillers, binders, etc.  I read labels VERY carefully.

When I was a kid I couldn't even swallow a pill at all. Then as an adult I didn't have problems.  Now I can swallow them - they just don't want to go all the way down.  Sort of like I've developed a bit of dysphagia in my old age. Unless it gets worse I'm not going to worry about it.

My hubby has a hard time with pills, but I had read somewhere, and it works for him, that taking them with juice helps.  He manages okay this way.
