eat your compliant fiber, hydrate, good oils and protein as well as veggies

in other words, let food be your med

For an O often it is the meat that helps relieve constipation.

Magnesium also works for many people.

oh yes

i have struggled with constipation my entire life! I discovered probiotics many years ago and they helped a lot, but i still had frequent constipation issues.

About 4 years ago or so, i tried Polyflora B and wow! what a difference!

I take it everyday without fail as it is literally the only thing that has made a true and significant difference for me.
