Everybody is talking about the last product of the moment to lose weight: the raspberry ketones. Are the effective? Is it right for an explorer O - non secretor?
I have tried green coffee and although they say it has very low caffeine (20%) I think I am sensitive to it.
Does anybody know?
Thank you from Catalonia (the future new state in Europe!)

It's just a gimmick, a fad of the moment.  Go with whole foods and you won't go wrong.   :)

Thanks Lola.
In my swami, raspberries are a superfood for me. But raspberry ketones?

RK are simply one of the many components in raspberries, and Dr D s knowledge of nutrigenomics and biomolecular nutrition has factored every-aspect and content of food into your swami guidelines

Those who follow Dr Oz, Mercola and other sensationalists do not possess a swami like you do ;D

What I found when I went looking at this product was they all had extra things added that weren't good for O's.

I’ll just continue to eat my pint of raspberries once a week.

a "Pint" all in one go? would it be better to eat maybe a cup at a time? that would be about a quarter of a pint.

Reminder - A pint (16 oz.) is 2 cups...  Quart (32 oz.) is 4 cups.

I understand the point was to suggest that portion size may be important...

I eat a pint a week - not all at once.
