Curious if O's limit protein at all. I seem to do best in ketosis.. as a hunter which is fine. However, I am overeating on the protein and think it might be an issue.

Do others ever have this issue? I could increase fat and maybe that will help?

I need to follow the guidelines more. Today I had about 7 oz of protein at 3, but didnt eat all day and worked out 2 hours..

I will have to do something to reduce portions to eat throughout the day. The issue is that I dont get hungry!

Some people do better eating larger meals less often. Others do better eating smaller meals or snacks more often. If you're supposed to have 2 servings of meat per day, at 3.5 oz each, it's OK if you have a single 7 oz serving instead. It all works out the same in the end.

That wouldn't work for me personally because I get low blood sugar if I go too long without food, and then I feel weak and shaky all day, even after I've eaten enough. But others thrive on a routine where they only eat once or twice a day. The key is to figure out what works best for YOU personally. Also bear in mind that people are always growing, healing, and changing. So, a pattern that works for you at one time may need to be adjusted later if your body changes.

I eat 5-6 ounces of fish nearly every day at lunch.  And then another 2-3 of turkey or beef at dinner.  Sometimes I eat a couple of eggs instead of the fish or turkey or beef.  

I'm underweight.  132 pounds and 5'8".
