One week on the diet.

Lost 6 pounds.

No more cravings.

Reduced appetite, having a hard time eating even 1000 calories daily.

I am having difficulty recovering from exercise, feeling fatigued, and brain scrambled to the point of being ill. Going to try to resume with just walking today.

I feel encouraged!

Welcome!  Were you a regular coffee drinker?

Thank you for the welcome.

Yes in the morning only, but also off of zero carb energy drink. However, I feel fine if I don't exercise. I had also been taking trehalose, so thinking I may have been taxing my body with diet, exercise and the dumping that can cause. Shocking how many calories exercise adds to my diet, yikes!

Thank you Lola, eating mountains of veg, but they don't have many calories at all. I have magnesium, I will start that this evening, curious as to what that will do.

I bought the Genotyping kit but it looks quite intimidating, haven't tried that yet.

Thank you all!

you need more calories. try finding ways to sneak them into your foods. try adding chia  or flax for added omegas and try things you may not have had before as new flavors to your old compliant faves. I have to make sure I eat as well and with a baby on the way it can be a real challenge when he pulls the blood suger out from under me. I have taken to carrying a compliant (or nearly compliant) snack bar with me for emergencies. you don't actualy have to eat more just add a few nutrient rich things to what you eat already.

Acetyl L-Carnitine has helped unscramble my brain, even when green tea plus yerba mate (combined) couldn't.
