Spermidine - I am looking for a natural source of spermidine. Some say it is in grapefruit - but others say that is a myth and that the best source is Wheat Bran.

Wheat bran, it is claimed, has a whopping 243 mg/kg - that still sounds like a trace amount. Also, this is from a vegetarian source, and I do not know if it is well absorbed.

Spermidine aids in autophagy, from a different, more powerful angle that trehalose. It also prevents balding.

Obviously, wheat is an avoid for an O. Do you guys know if Oat Bran or Rice Bran have any  Spermidine?

I traced the source of the claim for wheat germ, and the original source seems to actually imply green peas are the better source.

Beef liver is good for Spermine.

This stuff is good for DNA, good for joint pain, and works like trehalose and gives energy.
