Before I went on the ER diet I used to get nasty head colds at least twice a year that went into my left bronchial tube almost every time and took weeks and weeks to go away.

The past almost 6 years?  Healthy.  

WELL, once or twice I felt like a cold was starting so I immediately started chunking in Echinacea at over double the rate suggested on the jar for the first couple days, then the recommended dosage for another 5 days......plus extra vitamin C powder made from only organic fruits.  Within 24 hours, symptoms gone.

In addition to this, within 3 months of going on the ER plan, the autoimmune diseases that I had went away......gone.
