Neutrals.
The're not as tempting as Black Dots yet they're there for an "in-between" reason, a take 'em or leave em kind of relationship probably figured out by our genes for times of food hardship?

I wondered if anyone has Neutrals they won't ever try in their lifetime.

Mine is Jellyfish!!!! (dead)

I won't try any of the non-kosher fishes, meats, or poultry sources. Anything else is fair game.

There are many neutrals (and diamonds and beneficials for that matter) that I haven't yet tried, either because they're not available near me, or they're just WAY too expensive when I do find them. If it doesn't grow near me, it's not going to be affordable.

There are also a few meats that are theoretically kosher, but hard to find with a reliable kosher symbol, or are WAY too expensive when I do locate them. For example, I've never eaten venison, buffalo, or mutton. Lamb is very expensive, so I only have it a couple of times a year. I've found kosher veal, but I have an ethical problem with how it's raised, so that's one meat I won't buy.

I eat several neutrals or I wouldn´t stay sane ;D
- I see neutrals as food - that don´t do harm but still are npt as good as super and diamonds..

There are several fishes that I dont eat simply cause they are not easy to get.

Veal can be ethical btw
- most of the veal I get is either danish organic pastured = high welfare - calf needs to stay with mother and drink her milk/ or anothers milk

or so called Rose veal wich is from calfs raised on grass

I LOVE FOOD!

There is very little on or off my lists I won't try once (chocolate covered ants, for example), but there are dozens of items on both my beneficial and neutral lists that are just plain not available where I live - and almost none of them sound like something I would want to pay a small fortune to have shipped to me.

Since starting on my new SWAMI Xpress food plan with its very different list from the standard A nonnie diet I was used to, I've been doing a lot of experimenting with different combinations that I've never used before.  Some things have been delicious.  Others "not so"..........
