I was thinking over dehydrating some turkey breast with some salt and perhaps cayenne, and wondered if anyone had their own successful method.

i came across this method... http://www.marksdailyapple.com/how-to-make-turkey-jerky-thats-super-easy-and-tastes-like-thanksgiving/#axzz2qKkFpBPt

but wanted to use my dehyrator.

I want to see you try it. I have no dehydrator but I would if I could.  :P

Why did you change your name??

Instructions say you do this in an oven....don't need a dehydrator.

Looks like a great recipe....would love feedback if either of you try it!

It says that no dehydrator is necessary, meaning you don't have to go out and buy one, but if you have one, I'd go ahead and use it.
I should add also, that I didn't read thru all the instructions and the time recommended, so there may have to be adjustments in the timing.  I have two dehydrators and one has a setting for meat, but i have done beef jerky in the one without settings and it turned out great.
