Of course...  The + means that your Rhesus subtype is positive.

Here is a link explaining blood subtypes:

The rh status (the "positive" part of A+) is important in  blood transfusions and can also effect pregnancy. However, it has very little to do with the blood type diet. There are slight differences in portion frequency recommendations, but no changes in the food lists themselves. Few people are THAT careful with the portions anyway, so there's virtually no practical difference between the diet of an A+ and an A-.

Secretor status (determined by a saliva test) is very important for the blood type diet, but does not affect blood transfusions or pregnancy. Therefore, few medical professionals are familiar with it. Most people who know their secretor status are aware only because they've had it tested in the context of the BTD.

Many people get rh status and secretor status confused, particularly people new to BTD who think that the "+" or  "-" at the end of their blood type must be the "secretor/non secretor" thing everybody is talking about.

It's an indicator, but has no affect on health itself.

I'm new to the ER4YT eating plan and my blood type is also A+

If you don't already have one, get a copy of LR4YT.  It will give you a good perspective on what it means to be a type A.  :)
