Looking for some insight: red clover, uva ursi, cleavers, and hibiscus are all not listed.  I know I should "assume neutral," but that makes me a little nervous when it's more than half the ingredients...  Still, I'll like to finish this box of tea...  And maybe even buy another one.

Have you checked the ingredients of all the DPN supplements? Anything listed in a "type O" supplement or in a "good for all types" supplement is acceptable. Similarly, anything listed for type Os in any of the health protocols is acceptable, even if you don't have the condition that the protocol is designed to treat.

Thanks!  That actually JUST occurred to me while I was in the shower, but I wanted to check back here before playing in my supplement cupboard.  Great minds and such. ;)

I just found the Uva Ursi in an all-types formula...  Still looking for the others.

Hibiscus tea is usable for all blood types in this protocol:

The ER4YT book and the BTD Encyclopedia would have some additional listings.

It's not in front of me, but if memory serves, red clover would be an avoid.
