My mom always told me that fish was “brain food,” turns out that she is right! Richly oiled, cold water fish, like cod, is packed with brain building nutrients, and studies have shown that eating foods rich in DHA, EPA, and Omega 3-Fatty Acids slow cognitive decline.

I missed this one, just perfect for us, every ingredient is ben and even diamond.  Is the personalized Living Mag. accessible in one of the drop downs? I didn't see it, usually get in mail, but I've lost everything because of a windows 8 mishap.

The things that I post daily are from the online blog. There is a separate  e-newsletter that has different content.

To subscribe/resubscribe to the monthly newsletter:

The Personalized Living blog is sponsored by the store (D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition), it is in the menus there under "Learn More"

It may at some point be added to the menu here.

This sounds great! I wouldn't have thought of fruity rice but it sounds delicious, will have to try.
I do wonder though about cooking on foil, aluminium is questionable to me....

If you want more ideas for fruity rice search for Persian cuisine recipes.  This is where I was first introduced to the taste.  I enjoy it very much as well.

I use a cast iron griddle / grill plate instead of foil for my on-grill usage where foil is recommended in a recipe.
