Is the 15% taken off at checkout?  The reason I ask is that some items say "On sale" but when you click on them, the sale price is the same as the regular price.

The discount only applies to supplements.

Carob extract is considered to be a food item that you would eat rather than a supplement that you would swallow like a pill.

Those items that get a discount should show the discount on the product page and in the shopping cart after you have added an item there.

Okay, I understand that only supplements get the discount.  But why does it say the other items are "On sale" when they are not?

Thanks.

I went to the page you linked to earlier.

I see nothing about this product being on sale.

Where is it saying that items are on sale, which are not?

When I go to page for a supplement, the product page says it is on sale and I see the regular price and the sale price. For instance:

Thanks for answereing... appreciate it.. yet,I seem to get only  1  item at a time.. is there no way to get a running list? the way it comes upis way to cumbersome and presumes that I have only interest in one specific item.  I am looking for a page turning catalouge on line?  like a new person would want to see all the items.... Am I doing something wrong?

I want to buy the 100 gram size of the ARA powder but even though it is a supplement it is not on sale.  This is disturbing.  I am going to call customer service to ask about that and also to ask why the web site was charging me shipping when I had a $109 order.  Seems it is messed up.

The capsule form of ARA is on sale.

I do not know what the store uses as a definition of a supplement.

I know that I add ARA powder to smoothies. So in the sense that I use the product it might be considered a food additive instead of a supplement.

On shipping:

The shipping estimator will tell you the price of all the different options.

But if on the second page of the checkout process you select (FED EX HOME DELIVERY- 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS ), the price of shipping is entered as $0.00.

I just ran an order to verify this.

The estimator just allows you to see what the price would be if you want various options. The last entry in the estimator is usually for FED EX HOME DELIVERY- 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This is the one that is free for orders that meet the minimum.

Every other time I've placed an order over $100 the shipping charge showed up as 0

This is the FIRST time it showed up as an amount of money.  That is why I said the site is messed up.  Needless to say, I didn't not finish placing the order on line.  Also, I had a coupon code and it wouldn't take that either.  I used the SAME browser I always use.

Next day:  Today -- I tried placing the order one more time using the Firefox browser instead of the Opera browser I normally use.  SAME RESULT:  $10.00 shipping charge showed up for an order well over $100.

===========

UPDATE: Monday.  I phoned today and the very lovely young woman on the phone asked some questions for me and finally got the straight scoop:  As it turns out, part of my order was blood type kits which always have free shipping.  Your order MUST be $100 or more for items that normally do not have free shipping.  Therefore, subtracting the blood type kits from my total order was the reason for the shipping charge.

It DID say at the top of the page on the web site that my order qualified for free shipping.  The woman I talked to said "they" will fix that glitch.

It is so wonderful to phone a company and get helpful and knowledgeable answers!!!!
