....and then starts again after I'm clear of them and resuming the Adrenal Fatigue eating schedule protocol.

I want to know why.

Ideas: pancreas is more accustomed to insulin resistance that way?
Pituitary interprets avoids as......."friends" not foes until after damage is done?
Gluten consistently keeps things moving along the intestines at a slow rate?

I dont' know what the answer is.

hello dearle.. I think it's merely related to your so called: eating disorder??) !....
To judge ourselves never will end in ++ rating ;)... I've remarked that augmenting my
protein intake helps me tremendiously to come along with hypoglycemia...
ginseng, vit.C and royal jelly were *my* adrenal savers ;) ;D...
pancreatic aids like wobenzyme or similarities are another option ;) ;D....(smarty)(ondrugs)(ok)

All these are great! I take Essential Enzymes regularly 2-3 time a day and they help me tremendously to regualte my BMs.

I have to wonder if your food list "isn't quite right" and the specific "avoids" you find maintain your blood sugar are things that SWAMI would consider neutral or beneficial. Is it "avoids in general" that have this effect, or some specific foods?

It also might be that the "adrenal fatigue eating schedule" is something that just doesn't work for you personally. It might be the "eating schedule" causing the changes, not the specific food choices.

Your blood sugar is probably staying high instead of crashing. Neither are good.

Seraffa, avoids are comfort foods for some of us.. I like bananas because they are fast clean and available and cheap and grandmama gave them to me.  Caramels are chewy and sett, memories of home.. My father made me Napolions for my 7th  Bday, is it a wonder I like them?

Are they good for me?  You answer.. Yet if my life depends on it I will eat a little bit of whatever.  Given a choice to eat a slice of meat, I will chose that too.

So you see you have many things in life difficult, and food choices are just one more difficulty.. until you can make better choices.

As of late I keep nuts in my car center compartment.. and when I need something I reach for it.. helps me greatly.

I posted food ideas in another thread, it is just for the fun of it, but it showed me that there is more to food than time to eat, or place to eat, or feelings to eat and enjoy or guilt to stuff,..Maybe you can create the same kind of fun and feel more nourished Emotionally. It is all in the feelings, in fear, in scared, in happy, or sad lonely and tired.

The Body knows the truth of foods,,,,,,the Mind only knows what you tell it..

Keep on fighting, keep on reporting and some day you will hear or write a word that will make all the differences for YOU.  All the best..
