Does anyone have any personal experience with reversing glaucoma? Have a 68 year old friend, blood type O. Eats well. Open to whatever will help her.

My eye pressure readings seemed to be creeping up 1 point every year.  They finally leveled off at 21 (not sure of the units) after a few years on BTD.  21 is considered borderline.

Of course, this an anecdotal and doesn't establish cause / effect.

Methyl b12 has been known to relieve any further progression. Good diet, methyl b12, see how it works.

you want to help her lower her inflammatory process causing her discomfort

these guidelines in general and specifically in all health series books are anti-inflammatory by excellence

of course a swami would be optimal, but a positive start won t hurt one bit
