Good morning!!  I am so excited to use the Swami that I received yesterday. I started entering my information, but am not sure how to answer the caffeine sensitivity question.  Can someone define "sensitivity"?  Is this asking if I get jittery from caffeine or not?

I drink two cups of coffee everyday, and don't feel anything because I've become immune.  However, I have found that I CANNOT have any caffeine after noon time, or else I will have trouble falling asleep later that night.

Does this mean I AM sensitive?

Thanks for your help!

This should answer your question:
Quoted from The Genotype Diet, pg. 67
Are you sensitive to caffeine?  Would a cup of coffee in the evening keep you wide awake at night or give you heart palpitations?

... If you're really not sure, have a strong cup of coffee or perhaps some caffeinated green or black tea about 2 hours before your normal bedtime. (If the very idea makes you cringe, stop right there - you're sensitive.) I advise you not to try this the night before a workday.
