I have a friends who is pregnant only a few weeks. Blood Type A1 POS Secretor.

What supplements should she either not take or stop. what ones should she start?

Thanks

If they are "A" appropriate, probably none.

Add folic acid if not already there.

The Metyl B12 has folic acid. would she need more than that? has fibromyalgia?

I found that the best things for pregnancy nausea was to get enough sleep and to not let myself get too hungry or thirsty. I ate a lot of small meals and sipped water or diluted juice constantly. Once I was nauseated, I couldn't really eat, so it was important to eat something BEFORE I reached that point.

I completely agree with ruthiegirl.  Getting enough rest and following what your body tells you are the best.

Vitamin B6 works for nausea...even my daughter's OB recommended it.

Because of my daughter's job, her schedule was not flexible.

I wrote this blog about her nausea.
