Since I was a teen I've had heart issues. I'm now 40.  As a teen I would have pains in my heart where I was unable to breathe deeply and within a few minutes it would pass.  My mother always told me it was gas.  Whatever the case it's something I've always had to deal with.  Since changing to BTD, rarely do I have a problem.
Pork is an absolute out, that much I know for sure.  On two occasions one PRE BTD and the other POST I had ham.  I couldn't breathe deeply for 3 days.  Nor could I lay on my left side my heart hurt so bad.  On the third day I felt a sudden POP! in my heart and then I could breathe fine.  I reckon that most normal people would have gone to the doc but the medical profession scares me.
So, with that base information let's move on.

After having 6 children, my last one born 2 years ago this January, my estrogen/progesterone levels are really messed up.  Usually, I've been able to correct it with Fish Oil from NAP and Female Balance from NOW.  I was finally able to purchase the fish oil and almost immediately upon taking it I began having this heart pain.  I took it faithfully for a week.  Two days ago I quit because the pain is a little nerve wracking.  When you're 16 somehow you feel invincible but when you're 40 with 6 children you have increased motivation for survival.  Since quitting, I haven't had any pain.

I've taken bottles of this stuff in the past and never had a problem.  Is it cleaning stuff out that I should keep taking it or should I quit?  Should I return it?  If so, I need to hurry.  I don't really want to do that.  I bought 3 bottles.

In the meantime, my estrogen is really out of whack.  It's so frustrating to me.  I weigh now what I did in my 9th month of pregnancy with my last child.  For the first 6 weeks after the baby is born I'm so thin.  Very skinny.  But as soon as I hit 6 weeks my estrogen surges and I gain 40 pounds.  It's horrible, embarrassing and uncomfortable.
No amount of exercise or dietary changes makes a difference.  Up until two months ago my ovaries would kill me every ovulation.  Much pain!  After much serious prayer I haven't had any pain for 2 months and my hair has finally stopped falling out!  But, my weight is still an issue.

Thanks for any help.  Much appreciated.

Leanne!

Why not move to SWAMI? Return it and start with the membrosia cocktail instead-

I do GTD actually.  Not much changed for me.  I was already doing the non secretor diet for an O.

can you make time for yourself?
try some dry body brushing......build up a routine......get out and walk, breath in fresh air.....
self appreciation and love is key to healing at a cellular level :)

This is a really hard question to answer for someone I don't know and is half a continent away, but I know that when healing, the body goes backward in reverse through past illness, etc.  I also know that the body heals deeper than what we expect it to - as long as we maintain a highly beneficial intake and let it work.

As such, I would be tempted to reduce the dose to where the pain is at a tolerable level and continue with it.  Either the pain remains constant until the healing is finished, then goes away and you're better. OR the pain continues to get worse which is a clear indication that you shouldn't be taking it or need a smaller dose yet.

"On the third day I felt a sudden POP! in my heart and then I could breathe fine."

Sounds like a rib in that area might have finally popped back into place.

ABJoe, I had thought of that. If it was pushing things through. The pain isn't nearly as bad as I've had it just nerve wracking.
Lola, thanks. I do know that I need to take more time for myself. Not always that easy. What would body brushing do for me? I am outside a lot working in the garden and such but nothing that really gets my heart pumping. Garden work might be a good workout for an A but not me. :)

I should also mention that it constipated me as we'll. I can't figure it out. I've never had this problem.

Just called NAP. She suggested that I take a break and perhaps at a different time in my cycle my body might accept it. I probably won't return it. I hate returning things. Too much of a pain. If nothing else and I find I absolutely can't take it I'll open the capsules and use them as a lotion or something. :)

Body brushing is specifically recommended for the Nomad genotype to bring blood to the skin, tonify the nervous system, and help enhance the nervous system.

I assume it will do the same for all people, although maybe not to the same degree...

For the constipation: a glass of fresh greens juice (celery stalks, unpeeled zucchini, parsley, cilantro, romain lettuce, and more per choice. Optional: half an apple, quarter of a root beet) as breakfast first course - after the membrosia cocktail.
