Just a quick suggestion for people who don't yet have the book(s) that go with the diet they're following: The kindle app for PC is free.  Kindle editions are cheaper than printed editions.

I'm finally reading Eat Right 4 Your Type, and I didn't have to hunt it down at a book store or wait for it to arrive.  Win.

I have a nook, but my books are all real books. I got a few extras recently through amazon, but the 1st several books I got were brand new. I have a lot of them now.

No doubt, there's nothing like having a REAL book in hand...  But it's so much easier when I find myself in an unexpected wait someplace to just pull out the Kindle app on my phone than to run home and grab my book.  I have a few Kindle books that I also have real copies of.  If my computer/phone dies, I won't have lost anything forever. :)
