There are supps that I take daily for years and I don't intend to make a break: Polyflora O, Deflect O, Trehalose Complex, PhytoD 2000 (or another Vit D).

Another support that I need is for my eyes. In 2001 I underwent a laser treatment in order to close a tiny hole in the retina. After my 2 cataract ops in 2011, the ophthalmologist recommended twice a year follow up, because a delicate film grew on the edge of that retina. Having been after Xeloda :o (2009), I decided to take Ocubright continuously. My question is, is it necessary to make periodic breaks in taking Ocubright, or is it safe to continue w/o a break?

Thank you.
