Right so ive done it, started eating for my type yesterday and ordered my swami and secretor testing kit. you guys seem to swear by it, i dont know what to expect but hey ho im up for it lets go! :D ;D :P

I wonder what category your leeks, cawl and caws will turn up in.....leeks are neutral for me.

:o Hi, nice to meet you, someone put something on facebook about the blood group diet cook book for another blood type A so i googled diet for blood type 0. This was on monday, ive clocked up 50 hours of researching since then, my partner will kill me haha he thinks im busy doing something he believes in  ;D ::) :D
I had a horse who couldnt digest grain like myself ive always thought liek him im being attacked by insulin liek he was everytime i eat, i recently did abit of the gluten free diet but it was just so hard to buy anything to eat. However the tiredness went and i lost 10lbs in a month. So it makes sence x

Well great news, ok he hasnt researched this like i have, but he has just said hes will do it too, hey no junk food and juicy steaks won him over lol

Steak, but no potatoes, unfortunately.  Maybe some gluten-free sweet potato fries might console him over that, though.
