This is the highest point on the forehead (in other words just before the hairline in my case.

The glabella point can be found by running your index finger over your forehead at the midline and feeling for the highest point.

which is some 7 cm above the top of my nose

why do some say it is smack bang between the eyes or at the bottom of the forehead?

Why do you need to find this point?

And would a man who's starting to grow bald have trouble finding it? My brother's hairline is quite a bit higher than it used to be (it looks like his forehead is bigger than it was in high school)and I'm not sure if he'd even be able to identify where his hairline used to be.

Why? to measure for head length on swami. I learnt one way and noticed many people are saying totally different.

is the glabella, which many people use the same as the glabella point?
