I am Nomad B+.   In looking at the Nomad diet, I was curious what countries would favor that particular diet?

Are we asking which countries has more Bs and therefore more Nomads, and should follow a nomad diet.

Or which countries has dietary customs that are most similar to the Nomad diet presented in the book?

Obviously, countries established their dietary customs before the book.

Some countries that come to mind are: Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Khazikstan, and Argentina.

There are aspects of the diets in each of these countries that would not be compatible with a strict following of the nomad diet.

Thanks for your input.  It's interesting to me about the dietary habits and how it can relate to the genotype for nomad and what percentage of those countries have type B blood.

I wonder what would happen to the health of Mexicans in general if a rice flour tortilla became standard, rather than all that wheat and/or corn.
