BTD Forums  /  The GenoType Diet  /  Explorer Superfoods & Toxin List Needed

Hello,
I just finished the talking book version of the Eat Right for your Genotype diet and have found that I am an explorer.

While I loved listening to the book as I am blind, the Superfood and Toxins tables were not included in the book and I cannot find them anywhere on the web.

Can someone please provide me with these so I can begin setting up my Explorer kitchen and be on my way to a healthier me?

Thanks,

Donald 8)

How could we provide the tables in a way that they would be usable for you?

I assume it is against copyright law to publish the tables in the public forum.

Do you have a way to know if we send you a private message through this site and the ability to listen to the information?

Do you have a way to listen to pdf files if we scan those pages and e-mail them to you?

Other suggestions?

Thanks.  It's been weeks since I finished the book but with no charts I was getting disappointed.  Thanks again!

wow- I'm really surprised that the audio book didn't include the food lists! That seems like quite an oversight on the part of the publisher.

Wouldn't Dr. D's publications be available in Braille? ??)
