Hi,  I am trying to print out my SWAMI to keep in a file for quick ref but when I click print it prints out the page with a border top, bottom and right hand side, but not left hand side - instead the text is pushed to the left hand side.  Does anyone know how to solve it please?  I have the printer set at portrait and I've tried various other settings, I would like to either get rid of the 3/4 box, or have the full box.

You can play with seeing how different printing formats look by using 'print preview' function on your browser.

Another option is to print or save into a .pdf format file or word file (or similar) and modify the formatting within those files. Again, you would do this from your browser. Different browsers have slightly different instructions.

Thanks Lloyd,  I have however already saved it has a pdf file and that's what I've tried printing from, and faffed about a bit with the preview.  Although it looks fine with 'portrait' and the dimensions seem ok, it's not printing out like it looks.  As well as portrait (which is the one I've always used for printing, and has worked ok), I've tried 'fit' , 'actual size', 'scale to paper size' and various other choices but still no luck.  It's really strange because I've never had this problem printing before ?  :-/
I wondered whether anyone else had encountered the same.

I am not experiencing the problem, but if I was:

I would try printing directly from HTML without bothering to generate a pdf.
This works fine for me.

There also a lot of tools that can be used to generate PDF file.

I have fairly good results with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Here are some other options:
