Sorry if it is wrong category, but i didn't know where to write about it.

I'm using Carob Molasses after training for a while, and yesterday i found something interesting about it's calcium content. Where natural calcium rich foods can reach 100% daily requirement for calcium ( sesame seeds) carob molasses, according to the label, has... 3.000 mg in 100g. Three times more than sesame seeds. I can't find out if it is true, but i found that carob itself has 350 mg per 100g. Is it possible that molasses made from carob has ten times more calcium? According to the label, it also has 8.000 potassium in 100g...

Thanks for answers.
I don't know how to describe its taste xD
My mother says it smells bad, but I think it's aromatic. I haven't tried other molasses, it is sweet of course, something like carmel mixed with dark honey maybe.
