I would like to know about Chia seeds for blood type B?

Chia seeds are unrated for the Blood Type diet, so consider them Neutral for all.

They are rated for The Genotype Diet and SWAMI diet plans...
The 3 genotypes that Type B can be are Explorer, Gatherer and Nomad.  Here are the ratings of chia for each of those:
Gatherer - Very Beneficial.
Explorer - Very Beneficial.
Nomad - Beneficial.

It looks like there is no problem with Type B as a whole eating Chia, but you could still have a reaction - either negative or from it being too good and causing massive healing, so it is always recommended to add new foods slowly and monitor your results...

Be sure to take (eat) chia seeds with plenty of liquid because they absorb liquid and swell to many times their original size.  I add to morning smoothies - very delicious.

I found on another site, where she said to soak your seeds in hot water. 1/4 cup for 2TB then use them. Thoughts?  I've got some not sure how to use.  Also is"Chia seed oil" the same as chia seeds?
