I am an O non-sector and would like to know if goji berries are ok for me?

Any food not shown in Typebase is considered Neutral for all on the Blood Type diets...

For other diets, check your specific food lists.  Never rely on someone else's SWAMI results, as they are so individualized that it can not be considered accurate for you.

In the GTD book, they're beneficial for Explorers and neutral for Hunters and  Gatherers. Those are the only three  genotype possibilities for an O. Therefore, if you were following GTD you'd definitely be able to eat them, and it's highly likely (though not guaranteed) that you'd be permitted them if you ran a SWAMI.

It seems like a safe choice for Os- but watch your body for any bad reactions.

I get little itty bitty red blisters after eating them.  So on my professional Swami it is an avoid, but on the Swami Express it is a beneficial because no way to tell it my issue.
