I thought I was a warrior until I did Swami and found out that I'm a teacher.
Can I continue to take some of the warrior supplements or should I give them away?
I bought them individually.
reservatrol. punarnava, danshen salvia, vitB6, gynostemma, feverfew, alpha lipoic acid

No problem with taking warrior supplements.

I would certainly use up what I had already bought.

I am regularly taking alpha lipoic acid and B6.

Gynostemma is in nitricycle that some teachers take.

Salvia miltiorrhiza is in histona which some teachers take.

Resveratrol-- some take for anti aging properties

Feverfew-some teachers take for migraines

Punarnava is used in Ayurveda medicine for kidney problems. I am unaware of teachers using it, but I do not see an indication that it should be a problem.

great! I will use them up.
Maybe you can answer some more questions of mine.
I get 5 servings of dairy per week. My choice is 2-4 oz of a few cheeses, 6 oz, yogurt or 1 t. ghee. It seems i would be mad to choose the ghee because it's so little in comparison?!
Some of my diamond foods are green tea, soy foods such as tofu, peanuts and some beans/lentils.
I cannot drink any caffeine incl. green tea. I cannot sleep even after 12 hours of ingestion. And soy lowers my basal body temperature within 12 hours by 0.5+ degrees which causes several problems even when I eat lots of seaweed in my diet.
And I am allergic to peanuts. I develop major anxiety when eating it which goes away within 24 h of stopping.  And I cannot for the life of me eat beans or lentils.  I bloat up so bad. I'v tried to get my body used to it. But after a month I throw in the towel. it just ruins every day.
Is it important to have the turkey or could I just stick to only fish?
I only get 9 servings of vegetable protein. I usually like to use it in my breakfast and two snacks. is it best, i stick to portion restrictions, though?
dates are diamond foods for me. I have some yeast problems. Should I avoid them? But swami understands my yeast overgrowth problems and writes that the recommended foods address the problem. I am surprised that dates are allowed!?

I think of it differently.

I never have any problems with Ghee.

Sometimes I have problems with Cheese and Yogurt.

But Ghee is safe.

Plus SWAMI allows me very little fat.

So I am constantly craving fat.

This is a way for me to get a little more fat in my life.

If I combine them with the fat category and pool my allotment I may even be able to cook with oil.

Sometimes with this method it is even possible to make a recipe with oil.

I have foods that adversely affect me. I do not eat those foods regardless of SWAMI ratings.

I think this for you to try and figure out how your body reacts. I do better with turkey. But I do not necessarily need it every week

I presume you are aware that SWAMI allows you to adjust portion size and frequency

For me, dates are not a problem in the quantity allowed by SWAMI. But I often prefer to use my fruit allotment for fresh fruit.

Your answers helped me a lot!
I didn't think to go to the maximum frequency and quantity of food because of my body size.
But the quantities are  just right for me for most food groups when I do that.
Do I have to keep the ratio the same and eat the larger quantity of all the groups or could I eat the larger amount of nuts while sticking to the normal quantity of carbs as an example?

I think the intention is that things get changed in proportion. Since that is the ratio most people need.

Of course you may not be most people.
