Hi, brewers yeast is beneficial for my type, would this be the dark foodstuff in the jar i.e. Marmite over here, or Vegemite, or is that yeast extract and is brewers yeast a type of supplement?

The yeast extract and brewer's yeast are not the same.  Brewer's yeast (a diamond also for me) comes usually in a powder form.  You can feel free to add it to a lot of stuff to enhance nutrition... meatloaves, smoothies, breads, even some baked goods.

If nutritional yeast is also a bene or diamond for you, Kal's brand (I get it from VitaCost.com) is delicious sprinkled on broken up rice cake(s) that have been sprinkled with a little sea salt and drizzeled with olive oil.  Yummmmmmm!

I will look out for some Brewers yeast in the UK, would Marmite be good for me too?

In The Genotype Diet system, the food ratings are slightly different names:
Beneficial foods are similar to Superfoods (BTD) and there is a higher level of Beneficial foods that are marked with a diamond, which shows that they are especially good for weight control and healing.

Similarly, the avoids are broken into those that you avoid altogether and those that you avoid for 2 to 3 months while the genes adjust, then you can add back in moderate quantities unless you note some illness or weight gain, then you reduce again the amount of black dot foods you are incorporating...
