What does this mean?

AVOID: Flocculates serum or precipitates serum proteins.

It can make your blood clump up.

Bear in mind, lectin responses are somewhat subtle. Damage can build up over time, but if it was so dramatic as "a type A person eats a bite of tomato sauce and has a stroke" the BTD/lectin connection would be much better known and understood by conventional doctors.
