I am a warrior and have hypothyroidism. brussel sprouts, couliflour, peaches, strawberries etc...are superfoods for us but are they for me?? My hormones are supposed to be regulated but because I also have fibromyalgia i still get symptoms like IBS and Chronic fatigue. Should I still eat them? maybe I can eat them in moderation, how often is that? thanks  :)

The only D'Adamo diet (BTD, Health Series, GTD, SWAMI) that takes hypothyroid into account is SWAMI, a personalized diet. If you are properly advised to avoid certain foods for your condition then by all means avoid them.
The best, easiest, fastest route would be to take a step up, purchase SWAMI Xpress and upgrade your diet. SWAMI program will calculate for you your individually recommended portions of the various foods according to the data you feed into your SWAMI health condition questionnaire.

Here is the info,

I purchased SWAMI as soon as it was first published, and immediately found it amazing how better by far the SWAMI individualized recommendations suited me in comparison even with BTD or GTD.
