Hi, good afternoon. I write from Spain (forgive my spelling) My blood group is nomad AB+ and my doubt is on the spelt. In the blood group diet spelt is valid for all groups except the O. In change in the book of the genotype appears as toxic, is it possible that in the book has an error? Or we cannot consume spelt in all its varieties? Thanks and greetings.

I'm an A-Type so I can hardly say for sure but here is the latest rating for AB's in Typebase:

Welcome!

You must decide which diet you wish to follow. Some things are different for an AB than a Nomad. They are different diets - it does not mean one is wrong. They just take a different approach that makes a few foods rate differently. The Nomad ratings are very similar to that of type B.

I have been following my group sanguieno AB from a principle, but after trying the genotype the difference has been more than noticeable so i will continue with it. As you rightly say the diet of the genotype nomadic it closely resembles the diet of the group B, but is that spelt in group B it is also beneficial so i don't really know why as it is possible that in nomadic genotype is considered toxic. What could be an error? Greetings

It appears to be the different focus of the diet that changes the rating.  The way different foods affect the different phenotypic type responses...

When I did SWAMI Express, the rating for Whole grain spelt came back to Neutral, but I can't say it would do the same for you...

Good that it does and that you will!

Type AB seems to have more variation within the group than the other blood types. The genotype diet is better suited to handle that variation.

As Joe mentioned, the reason for a particular rating in the two diets will use different factors that sometimes make them seem to contradict one another. Neither is wrong. They are both right for the diet design they follow. And, a SWAMI will define more specifically for you the rating of each food should you choose to get one.

Hi Tesla

I am 100 % sure I would never have followed  GTD( I would have stayed on the BTD)- IF I had not been swamied.
I have lots of dairy as diamond and superfoods
- spelt is superfood as well.

So for me it makes a difference -actually a BIG difference.
It is a long time since I compared normal nomad diet with MY nomad diet
so I canĀ“t give you more examples

As I said before my sensations are very good with spelt, i am sure that when Swami will be neutral or beneficial. But I also like to know of foods such as wheat semolina, which I also feel very good and in the groups AB AND B is neutral in secretory state. I have so much interest because I am losing a lot of weight in diet nomad, and I would like to introduce more neutral and beneficial food for increasing weight.

How long have you been following the Nomad diet? It's appropriate to eat more neutral foods at any time, and it's appropriate to introduce "black dot" foods after 60 days on the diet.

If you're losing too much weight, make sure you eat enough total food. You may need to increase your portions.

With the nomadic diet didn't take long, it makes me feel good but as I said I don't lose much weight already that virtually eliminates the gluten and this is why thinned. In spite of eating rice in abundance oats eggs etc. . not miro quantities as much as practical sport, but even so. I am thinking in meter semolina for group AB AND B is neutral, and I am starting with spelt bread but do not know.. I hope tips, greetings.

These would be too numerous to list - and would be of no value to you as my list isn't calculated using your information.
I am really happy I got SWAMI and highly recommend it for anyone who has lingering issues.

swami will even compute your genotype

once it has all your variables and only then will you know which avoids in the book become neutral or vise versa......not before

people on drugs also do not feel these are causing a health issue and persuade themselves they actually do them good

lectins act in a similar fashion......Dr D s algorithms and biochemical calculations are very complex, but right on target every time

I did a test food and as I knew I have a severe intolerance to common wheat flour (bread) that made it difficult my digestions much, but instead the semolina or spelt i feel great. I did blood tests for celiac disease and php came out negative for 3 times. When you start with diet Nomadic let almost all the grain he ate only rice since the others are difficult to get and very expensive in Spain.
I can say that i was better by not eating gluten but i lose a lot of weight, and that I am not counting calories as all allowed irrespective quantities since i sport.I don't know what to do to lose weight, although i have title of nutrition i am limited with these foods nothing more.

it seems we share some *nomadic-tendencies* ;) I'm not celiac but gluten sensitive so far also spelt contains a certain amount and all breads make me fat instatly and very tired.... :P I've tried to come along with different seeds and rice but this isn't that ok for my tastebuds;)... btw before I wasn't nearly able to stay away from any breads... so far healthdemands claim their rights ;)... better to go without...even millet isn't ok with me... :-/ :( btw oats contain also gluten... ;) ;D ;D
