BTD Forums  /  Eat Right 4 Your Type  /  Pineapple in  blender = Pineapple juice?

Hi everyone.  I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this (My apologies if this was asked before).

Pineapples are neutral, yet pineapple juice is beneficial for type O.  If i were to throw some pineapple pieces into a vitamix to blend it, would that give it a beneficial rating?  Or is the juice more beneficial simply because it's more, well, juicy?

In order to change the rating, I assume that much of the fiber would need to be removed...

Otherwise, it would be very little different than if you chewed the pineapple really well...

Many fruit juices are higher in specific nutrients (flavones, lignans, etc) than the whole fruit.
