I'm wondering why O's should take alkaline water.  I thought the acid, especially in the stomach, made it easier for us to digest meats, which are best for us.

nadira, discussed in Eat Right for Your Type.  Seltzer is stimulating and tonifying to a Type O's
digestion.

bluedragoon, I have been using Alkaline Water for over a decade... I use a machine that uses regular pressure water from the tap, and seperates the acidic from alkaline... You save the Alkaline Water in a glass jug and let the Acidic Water go down the drain. Some people save the Acidic Water to wash their hair !!!

There are many machines Today, they use a replaceable filter. Some are gravity fed as well.

You can Alkalize water by putting a little Baking Soda in it. Bob's Red Mill is one of the better brands, (they make flour and baking goods and is available at most whole Foods, other health food stores and Publix. Arm and Hammer Brand is a no no, as it has trace amounts of aluminum in it...

Water alkalized in this way tastes pretty knarly, though !!!
