I am not sure I understand what the SWAMI Diet is about compared to the Geno Type Diet? Is the SWAMI just a deeper form of Geno Type Diet? Thank you for all your help!

The SWAMI diet is a mixture of the blood type diet and the Genotype diet that utilizes more measurements and medical history than either book diet to blend a diet specifically for each individual.  It is the most specifically individual diet anyone could ask for from a computer program to date.

You buy the Swami (teacher) on line, from NAP and you have all the pages at your finger tips from the computer for copying, shopping and the like.  Its a one time charge, and then If new things come to light or you make health changes, Swami adjusts your individual program every time you change your profile.  ;D

The analogy I like to use is:
BTD is for your new car. With proper care and maintainance it will run nicely and stay in great condition.

GTD is for the car you've had for several years. It's still a good car, but has some wear, a few problems and driver-specific idiosyncrasies. It needs some repairs and better attention to maintainance.

SWAMI is for the classic vehicle that needs extra TLC to keep it looking great and purring like a kitten :)
