Oh, I'm quite sure that's but one of many omissions.
Still, for those who wonder: "What are some sheep cheeses? It's the only kind I can eat," this is a good starting reference, IMO.

I agree....If I come across some other types of sheep cheeses that are not on the website, I'll be sure to post .

Another cheese link - pointing at my favourite Louis D'Or - an organic raw cow's milk cheese.  I don't expect it is one of my beneficials though.  It will have to be an occasional treat.  You can click on Cow / Goat / Sheep or Mixed for other varieties.

I see typos here all the time.  Isn't hacking to edit a post a bit...heavy-handed? Just sayin'.
