HELP

I had a sudden drop in energy this afternoon that amazed me;  I read through some of Paul Clucas' past posts to try to sift through Explorer energy drops. It seemed to indicate more sea salt in one's water, or more protein intake, or steps needed to increase the body's circulation.

I was drinking our old, bad water yesterday and noticed it was only making me thirstier and more dried out. I had also gone without fruits for 2 days and my body compensated by increasing its demand for veggies and HONEY.

In 2 days I wound up expelling candida ---- OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! That burnt.

What's happening? I'm eating all my SWAMI recommended portions.....I'm back to drinking lots of lime-water-ade every day.....

Started off a great "day off" took care of the nasty errands first and looked forward to coming home to clean my room and make it prettier (desperately needed)

Felt the tiredness at 3pm when bio-clock switches over from small intestine to bladder cleanse (chinese medicine)....felt more and more sleepy till 7pm (friend kept me up on the phone....everyone wants me exactly when I am ill, I think), then BOOOOOOM!!!!!

I've fallen into bed with utter exhaustion and feeling like all energy has been drained even out of my bones! personality is changing to hostile, and want the world to either leave me alone, or take me to the hospital to recuperate.

I FEEL LIKE ABSOLUTE S**T!!! I can't get up and walk around for long it's like every time I touch the bed I want to sleep for 30 days.......like to get up and go to work tomorrow is torture (dead)

I feel a visit from Amazone I. coming........

Dr's - do you concur? http://www.livestrong.com/article/312658-vitamin-doses-for-adrenal-fatigue/

You aren't coming down with something, are you? It is strange that you would suddenly be so thirsty and lose all your energy. On the other hand, if I had to do without fruit for two days, I think I would be lifeless too. Do you have any potassium you could take? I've been working a lot outside this week, and I must have a lot of fruit to be able to do that.

I'll look around the house for sources of potassium. Thanks - I didn't know you were up so late.....

just took a gob of panthotenic acid and quercetin; one bottle is empty now but can pick up all needed when I demo at the store tomorrow.

Hope you feel better soon. Girl, I thought everyone knew I am a night owl. Both my husband and I share that trait!

Could you have a bladder infection?

OK - can search for wakame. Haven't had it in the longest :)

No; it wasn't a bladder infection. It was .....*ahem!!* goodbye candida..... :X

But I do notice my adrenaline came back up again in response to this weekend's new barrage of grass pollen.....I'm free from everything except watery eyes this time.  ((((((thanks all you gals))))))))

Are you taking something that has gluten like soy or something. If ever I was eating soy pudding I notice sudden energy loss.

I merely think this is due to psychic compensation of being drained.... ;) :X(eek)(hehe)and a sort of bloodsugar crash while not having eaten enough..... ;D I think also that we need muchmore proteins..yup... and also salt might play a certain role here ;) ;D... rrrrrrrrr... all about *adrenal fatigue* ??) ;) ;D... :X(goofy)(smarty)(clown)..........
