I wondered if hemp powder by navitas is good for O's? Also I am interested in the benefits of turmeric for O's, in one of my Dr. D's book its good for A's and AB.

Turmeric is beneficial for O secretors and neutral for O non-secretors.  And as for the hemp powder, if there are no extra additives it should be okay.

I would not eat hemp powder too often, O's do better with animal proteins, ie eggs, fish, small amounts of red meat, poultry served with plenty of cooked vegetables, esp leafy greens, root veg.  Yes, hemp is high in nutrients, but once ground, it loses some of its potency and freshness.  Some nutrition experts think too many seeds are a bit 'yin' ie weakening to body cells, so try and stick with animal proteins first; maybe a little hemp once a week if you are in good health.  If you buy hemp, keep in fridge, and try and get in small quantity and grind seed yourself.  Also, I know many use hemp in a smoothie, I think it best to eat/chew real food, smoothies can weaken the digestive juices, and without chewing action, the teeth/gums/jaw can weaken, so perhaps sprinkle a little hemp on your veg or salad, or an occasional smoothie in summer may work for you.  I am an O, and I do use tumeric, ground - better still, try and buy fresh tumeric.  Great for digestion and antioxidant, protects the brain/nervous system from degen've disease, such as Alzheimers.
