Ok I am an ab non and did the genotype and found out i was an explorer. So I'm confused about what diet to use?  Geno or blood type?

Can someone help?

Thanks,

Katie :-/

This test usually provides the answer:

The only better answer is to get your SWAMI Xpress which will blend the two diets specifically for you:

I prefer the blood type diet....just because I'm used to it....I also take many of the supplements from NAP....my favorites include the fish oil and flax oil....which I think everyone should take.

I've noticed that some people tend to do better on the "genotype book diets" than others. Non-secretors (nonnies) and Explorers are two groups who tend to do "not so great" on the diets from the Genotype Diet book. Explorers and nonnies tend to have a SWAMI that varies widely from the food lists in the GTD book.

Since you're both an Explorer AND a nonnie, I think you should either invest in a SWAMI (computer-generated personalized diet) or stick to BTD for now.
