Can high carb meals, cause anxiey in O's?  after a high carb meal, I can experience this, could it be from the carb load?

It could be caused  by too many carbs (if it causes a blood sugar crash) or it could caused by "avoids" in the meal. Are these high-carb meals fully compliant, or do they include "avoids" as well?

In general, type O's do not thrive on a high carb diet.  That doesn't mean no carb, however.  Try to focus on those carbs which are Beneficial for you and keep the quantity on the smaller side.  Be sure to get good quality protein and fats to balance the carbs, also plenty of fresh vegetables.

Many O's feel good when they reserve most of their daily carb intake for the evening meal.  Just another idea.  :)

KK-- yes it is called Wheat rage-- no need to interpret for me happy to do it myself. ;)

Rage related to wheat consumption.

What is rage?  Rage (often called fury or frenzy) is a feeling of intense or growing anger. It is associated with the Fight-or-flight response and oftentimes activated in response to an external cue, such as the murder of a loved one or some other kind of serious offense. The phrase, 'thrown into a fit of rage,' expresses the immediate nature of rage that occurs before deliberation. If left unchecked rage may lead to violence. Depression and anxiety lead to an increased susceptibility to rage and there are modern treatments for this emotional pattern.
