BTD Forums  /  SWAMI Xpress  /  Essene Manna Bread

Hi,
I am a B+ Explorer and new to this forum. I recently did my first print out for SWAMI Xpress. Even though some grains and Spelt are neutral or beneficial, SAWMI says spelt, wheat etc are AVOID. However, it tells me I can have Essene Manna Bread. All of the gluten free breads have ingredients that are not permissible for me. All of sprouted ones have regular non-spelt wheat in them. I am a little confused about this. Can someone please explain or point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
KS

Essene or Manna bread is a style of bread.  Use beneficial or neutral grains / seeds to make this style of bread is what your SWAMI is suggesting if you cant find any pre-prepared breads that match...

Grains in Essene bread are sprouted. You bake the bread for several hours in a very low oven. Finished loaves are very dense. They feel more like bricks when you left them than loaves of bread.

Some grains have different ratings when sprouted.
