I came across this and thought immediately of JJR and his KFC-hankering at SuperBowl time. Many suggested he learn how to make compliant versions of the faster-food dishes he and others like.

Well: Here are recipes for all sorts of items from all sorts of chain-joints. Some of them might serve as templates for using one's imagination + parameters, to create new "classics" for one's own kitchen and family.

I noticed, also @JJR, they have Panera's recipes.
Mongolian Beef, such as one finds at a Chinese restaurant I've never heard of
There's a Reese's Peanut Butter Squares recipe that appears eminently tweakable...

...all in one place.
Haven't used it (yet) myself, but it looks worthy of investigation, anyway.

Thousands of ideas

Ha ha....the whole world would be in better hands once they make a substitute for KFC's institutional-formualated SAVORY that goes on every single friggin vegetable there except the cole-slaw......bring out the Ghee!

Thank you, San J.
