I do a lot of vegetable juicy and would like to make sure that wheatgrass powder is ok for O's. Also in one of my books by dr. d'adamo he mentions seeweed is highly benefical for O's,but says spiritulina is not -are there any seeweed powders that are green superfoods you could suggest. :)

Chlorella is a good choice, in my own experience.

Wheat grass should be ok.  It is not rated as wheat because it is not a grain, but the green leaf.

appreciate the great responses. Is chlorella for O's? If so can I purchase this in an organic store with no issue of contamination issues and? Is there a specific name product for this chlorella?Someone gave me Dr. D'Adamo's products links-is this considered my safest place to purchase.

new member and trying to learn. I have been on amazing grass- wheatgrass-anyone have any issues with this? or another wheatgrass product??)

Yes, Chlorella is good for O's and so is Wheatgrass.  If you are buying a powdered product, you need to read the list of any other ingredients that might not be good for you.  I buy powdered Chlorella and powdered Wheatgrass separately at my health food store.  I used to buy green superfood blends, but they usually contained a lot of other ingredients.

Dr. D'Adamo sells a very healthy superfood powder called Harmonia, which contains an incredible list of greens and other excellent foods good for all blood types.  The only reason I don't buy it is because I already am taking nearly all of the other ingredients.  But if you want one product that is going to give you an exceptional array of healthy foods, it is the one.

but if O's aren't supposed to have spirulina, is this really something we should use?  ??)

I´m almost completely sure that spirulina is ok for Gatherers..who can be blood type O...I realise that other variables are taken into consideration for GTD. So I will continue taking spirulina and other seaweeds as I love them and their effects  :) There is no mention in the GTD about Chlorella as far as I can see.
