I am wanting to buy the Polyvite Formula for O's, but Im curious about missing minerals. Is taking this multivitamin ok even though it does not include minerals? Will I be getting all the nutrients I need from just taking the Polyvite?

What "minerals" are you looking for that you think you need?  Phytocal for O's has other nutrients besides just calcium.

Sharing with the best of intentions.

Im just talking more along the lines of muti vit/min supplements you find in the health food stores. Polyvite is only a multivitamin/herb formula. Im think about the basic minerlas. I will look into Phytocal and see what all it has in it. Thank you.

Dr. D's product that combines Vitamins with minerals in a single product is Exakta:

Although I generally suggest taking polyvite with phytocal as mentioned above.

I have taken Exacte and polyvite with polyflora. Either approach works well for me.

Sea salt is great for trace minerals, but you can't get significant amounts of calcium or magnesium without getting WAY too much sodium!
