Just started with Protein Blend Powder for O's and wonder if I can use almond milk instead of the water or juice that is recommended?

I had issues with almonds with the skin on, I see no issues to try the almond milk.. can you make your own?  to avoid stuff added....

Juice would be the better choice-- almond milk ( store bought ) often has avoids.


If you soak the powder in juice over night it helps it be less chalky.

If you read the ingredients on the box of almond milk and none are avoids, you're safe - as long as almonds are ok on your food list.

Most people make their own almond milk, by soaking overnight, blending with water and then straining.  Works great and is easy.  :)
