Hey guys
I am a newbie having just found out I am a type A+ after thinking I was an O. I have had amazing help on the fit for your type forum but didn't want to clog it up with a supp question.
I take some whey after the gym, but in looking fir an A friendly protein rich smoothie....suggestions?

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie:
2 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
4 Tbl peanut butter
½ Avocado
1 cup water or compliant milk
Optionally some rice/soy/egg/hemp powder
Optionally some compliant sweetener (perhaps a few dates)
ice (the more you use the thicker it will be)

At Whole Foods the other day, I was looking in the smoothie case, and virtually all of the prepared protein smoothies were made with soy, and there was a huge selection.
It would appear that, among instantly available protein beverage products, A's have far more choices than do the rest of us.

I thought all the high protein smoothies contained whey. Probably best that I do not find out otherwise.
