I just tried adding a polyflora "O" to Emily's fruit smoothie, which consisted of one pineapple, a hand full of blueberries an a banana, the three of us had a glass and then 3 small containers were filled and put in the fridge.

I added Harmonia delux, one teaspoonful, one exakta and one phytocal "O" as I always do.

Is this all a good idea or am I missing something. also is there any benefit to leaving the fruit at room temperature for a few hours before putting in the fridge, or indeed any reason why I should not. or would the harmonia just kill the polyflora anyway?

It tasted absolutely gorgeous regardless lol.

will the beneficial bacteria live on the sugars in the fruit and sour them as it would a yoghurt? I suspect it would i leave one out over night, it's pretty cold anyway lol

although the thing that worries me is the fact that the vitamins and minerals in the fruit would be degrading so much over time.

I read somewhere that if you open a carton of pure orange juice and leave it in a fridge the vit c content completely goes after 24 hours, something like that anyway.
